Each event is [AI-triaged using your risk rules](/advanced/risk_review_rules/index.md) and assigned a risk level to help you prioritize your response.

## How to use Risk Events

1. **Access events:** Navigate to the **Risk** tab to see all active risk events

2. **Review details:** Click on any event to see:

   - Event description and business impact
   - Duration and affected services
   - AI triage explanation and risk level
   - Related SLA impacts

3. **Take action:** Choose from available actions:

   - **Mark Resolved:** Close the event as resolved
   - **Dismiss:** Mark as not relevant to your business
   - **Generate Verification Request:** Send details to a business owner for review

4. **Add comments:** Use the activity section to document your analysis and decisions

All actions are automatically logged for audit trails and compliance reporting.
