## How to use Search Grid

1. **Access Search:** Navigate to the **Discover** section (globe icon in sidebar)

2. **Choose search scope:** Select “All Vendors” or specific vendors using the **Change** option

3. **Search options:**

   - **Free text search:** Type your question in the search bar (e.g., “Which vendors have termination clauses?”)
   - **Template searches:** Click on pre-built searches like **DORA Compliance** for common clause types

4. **Generate compliance tables:**

   - Select a template (e.g., DORA Compliance)
   - Review the **Table Preview** showing which clauses will be searched
   - Click **Generate Table** to create a compliance matrix

5. **Review results:** View extracted clauses across all vendors in an organized table format

6. **Export findings:** Use the **Export** button to download compliance reports

Search Grid is particularly useful for identifying missing DORA clauses, preparing for audits, and ensuring contract compliance across your vendor portfolio.
